friendly staff central location small room broken floor

the staff was indeed very friendly. i also liked that the location was very central, close to the train station.

the room was quite small, and i found it lacked any kind of table. also, the floor was a bit broken. pieces of laminate lifted when i walked, it was easy to trip. the bathroom was often not very clean too!

I stayed in a triple room. it had a nice heating system and kept me warm. the room included a private shower. That was very helpful. i found a tram stop just in front of the place. Moving around the city became easy.

the stairs were a little tight.

shower curtain absence inefficient drains

The room was VERY small. NO shower curtain existed, difficult to keep water from splashing everywhere. Drains were not working efficiently, causing water to accumulate. i feel like the cleanliness could HAVE been better. The room needed more attention.

basic stay with issues

mold smell smelly towels

I had a pretty rough time. the room smelled quite a bit like mold, which wasn't great (not the best first impression). also, the towels smelled funny. They definitely needed a better wash. plus, after the second night, there was no toilet paper left in the bathroom. the noise from other rooms made it hard to sleep too.

Central Location and Friendly Staff, A Great Experience

The personnel were always ready to help, and I found them very nice. The location is amazing because everything is within walking distance. A tram stops right outside the front door. The hotel also features very steep stairs up to the rooms, a fascinating aspect of the architecture.

The shower water did not get very hot, a little disappointing
