basic stay with issues

mold smellsmelly towels

I had a pretty rough time. the room smelled quite a bit like mold, which wasn't great (not the best first impression). also, the towels smelled funny. They definitely needed a better wash. plus, after the second night, there was no toilet paper left in the bathroom. the noise from other rooms made it hard to sleep too.

The personnel were always ready to help, and I found them very nice. The location is amazing because everything is within walking distance. A tram stops right outside the front door. The hotel also features very steep stairs up to the rooms, a fascinating aspect of the architecture.
